Shipping policy

All orders if the item is in stock requires a 3 day processing time (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking numbers of your order. 

Please note, if you have purchased a 'pre order' item, the item will be shipped once the stock has arrived. 

Please note: We, like all retailers, are experience shipping delays as all delivery services are processing large volumes of shipments.  Before contacting our support team, we that you please wait approximately 3-4 weeks as we have found this can be the time frame for orders to be delivered in some cases. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@dmw.comau with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
